West Powelton Development Incorporated brings new developed housing into undeveloped areas in urban cities, such as market rate housing, affordable housing, and Workforce housing. Bio: Anthony Fullard is the President of West Powelton Development Incorporation (“the Sponsor”) who closed on the acquisition of 122 East Hortter Street in September of 2019. The Sponsor has all necessary approvals in-hand and plans on procuring construction financing in late 2019 prior to breaking ground towards the very beginning of 2020. With a projected construction schedule of approximately 18 months, the Sponsor expects to dispose of all townhomes within 24 months.
